Minecraft 1.19 PreRelease 1
This week Minecraft 1.19 has its first prerelease! This means that we most likely have seen everything new planned for this update and it’s just bug fixes and minor tweaks from this point on. This week we saw the introduction of item interaction vibrations, which basically means using items like a bow, eating, or any item with animation makes sound so the warden and sculk sensors can hear them. Minecraft Live
This week Mojang held their Minecraft live with a special guest appearance from Antvenom, Mojang went over the design process for Frogs, showing us concept art and the animations of the frogs and how they work.
We also went on a Deep Dig with the special guest Antvenom, for this segment Mojang took us to the farlands which appeared on older versions of Minecraft at about 12 million blocks away from spawn. Here they just showed off the cool formations and spoke about the people who have been attempting to travel to the farlands in survival.
Angry Birds
Mojang released a new content pack for Minecraft's bedrock audience, this showed off the classic angry birds gameplay in Minecraft, they also released a cool trailer showing off the unique gameplay, if you want to see the video for yourself you can find it HERE.
How to Beat Minecraft
Couriway also created an amazing video on how the average player can beat Minecraft in 30 minutes. It was a 24-minute-long tutorial showing players what strategies they should use if they wanted to beat Minecraft in under 30 minutes.
Deep Dark Xbox Series X
Microsoft also showed off a cool Xbox console that was custom designed to look like the deep dark as part of a reward for their Minecraft rewards program.
